These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the Wokecloth webshop.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Wokecloth reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of your order will always apply.

All prices displayed on the website include VAT and are shown in euros (€).
Wokecloth reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour may occur due to screen settings.
If a product is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative.

An agreement is established once you have completed your order and received an order confirmation by email.
Wokecloth reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via one of the payment methods available at checkout.
If payment is not successfully completed, the order will not be processed.
All transactions are secured. Wokecloth does not store your payment details.

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days for the Netherlands and 2-5 business days for Belgium.
Wokecloth is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer upon delivery.

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, please notify us by email within the 30-day period, including your order number.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

If you are not satisfied with your order or our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to submit it to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM) or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Wokecloth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order placed.
Wokecloth is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of our products.

All content on the Wokecloth website — including images, logos, text and designs — is the property of Vos in Focus and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Wokecloth processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
