Cancellation Policy


1. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer purchasing from Wokecloth (wokecloth.nl), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving any reason. This right applies to consumers within the European Union in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.


2. Cancellation Period

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.


3. How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us by:

Please include your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return.


4. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value of the goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or promotional items marked as final sale


7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wokecloth.nl with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
